If you're working all day every day I don't think it will take a couple of weeks. I think you can have it all bucked in a couple of days, then split in 4 or 5 days no problem, even if splitting by hand. If it were me, I'd try to buck it all in two days, then spend two or three hours a day swinging the maul and stacking, and I'd be done in a couple of weeks, I think. It is good to spread out the work so you're fresh and alert while working.
