Hi all,

Quick question for the community. We ordered a Regency LRI6E via a local installer about eight months ago. The installer keeps saying that Regency hasn’t provided any shipping information due to supply delays. Does this sound right? How long are people waiting for their fireplaces? We were supposed to have this done in August and now we’re looking at a winter without anything which is disappointing.

Thanks for any insight!

I am a regency dealer and yes it sucks we have been waiting on a few for quite a while.

I ordered some Regency gas inserts in July of 21, and was given an ETA of November. They later changed it to January, and just recently they charged it to March. They claim supply chain issues!
Other companies have a little backlog, but nothing like this!
This is totally unacceptable in my opinion, and will definitely be remember this in the future....
The changing ETA is what is really irritating me...

I am a HeatnGlo dealer and we are experiencing similar delays with certain products. Some of the higher end fireplaces are taking 4 or 5 months to arrive. They are not giving me the run around though. When I place my order, the shipping date is provided and with very few exceptions, it is accurate.
