Hi! This supposed to be really easy question - I have an older unit and need to replace temperature sensor. How to remove the fan box? Is it just slides out? What to prime?

It is held in place with spring clips on the underside of the ash lip, IIRC.
If it hasn't been out in a number of years, you may need a flat bar to
get it to move. Once it's free, pull straight out to disengage the clips.
Do yourself a favor & unplug the unit or flip the breaker
BEFORE you remove the wiring from the snap disk. Those wires are HOT.
