Firstly thank you for allowing me to join the group . We bought a house with a Ravelli Olympia , cleaned out old pellets , ash tray etc as per the manual . During start up , handheld control shows AL 07 , manual states this is an overheat and heater needs to be reset using the reset switch. Problem ( challenge) …the diagram in the manual showing position of switch bares no relation to the layout of our heater . Does someone with experience of these heaters know where the reset button maybe and if panels need to be removed to access it . We would be so grateful for any advice as area of France being hit with unseasonably cold weather . Thank you James
