We live in the very steep hills close to the Ohio river. We probably didn't get it as bad as many, but it's a mess around here. We have multiple roads and state highways closed due to damage and a ten mile detour to get to town. Our driveway bridge is more secure than Bart's, the water went over it. What we got here was fast downpours that dumped an inch or two in a very short period. We got a total of around 6" (coffee can in the yard).
