What's your venting look like? My guess is all your heat is going out the vent
...all the other things mentioned here would lead to a lazy flame....not lack of heat.

Except the OAK.....get an OAK

Seeing a picture of flame and venting would help a lot .OP said this was a pro install so assumed the venting was all good . But when I assume you know what that names me !
