I would like to thank all the guys that posted the info, it's priceless. Next thing to do is check the control box when I drain more pellets out.

Just an update, just had a failure on high, went out to check and it had a bowl full of burnt pellets. Hit reset and away it went.

Happened again today, made an appointment with the technicians and opened the chute another half inch.
Well it's starting on every setting now, Infact it's a little too much. But this morning even with a huge blaring fire going it failed to drop pellets to continue on. It just started again on low and it was fine. Film at 11. 🤫

This is an on going problem. This stove will only start on high. It doesn't drop enough pellets on low or medium to get it hot enough to start the drop more pellets mode. I'm assuming it is because it's not getting hot enough. I switch to high when it started to go out and it drops more pellets and away it goes. Is it maybe the thermocouple?
Problem solved, it was the door to empty the bowl. It was loose and sucking air. About a 1/4 inch gap. Been running fine since yesterday afternoon.
