Hello all! I'm hoping to find a company in the Cincinnati, Ohio area that services piazzetta pellet stove. It seems like everyone that I've called have either never heard of the brand or won't service them, including the companies that a piazzetta Rep in South Carolina suggested. There's nothing wrong with it, to the best of my knowledge, but the display is indicating its time for the 2000hr service by a "qualified technician". Is this something that I can do myself? Anyone know of someone in my area who services these beasties? Thanks so much in advance 😁

fist I have to know is it a 2.0 model look under the lid on the top left from the bar code it will be written just after the model name
