ylomnstr did you not receive the email offering the LG Granules
for immediate delivery? I'm in their database as a 3 year customer
so maybe that's why I got the email.
 
No I did not. This is my first order from them, plus I may be on the outskirts of their delivery area. Not really sure.
 
Well, I must be a lucky one. I placed my order about a month ago using the Pellets2U link, and They called today to setup delivery for th 3rd of July. I ordered about 5 tons and am located about 20 miles from the main office.

No to finish the install of my Englander stove, as we are still going over using surplus bluestone

I am just down the road from you and I just received (on Tuesday of this week) 2 tons of NewEngland Pellets I order via pellets2u.com on June 16.
However they substituted Warm Front pellets for the New England brand. I was told by the salesperson that they are the same pellets, just in a different bag.

When I ordered them I told them to just drop them at the end of the driveway, I didn't need to be home to accept delivery.
Did you request to be home when they make the delivery?
 
Hey, you're in Pleasant Valley huh? Small world. No, I told them to drop them off in my driveway as well. I'll follow up with them and maybe they can do the same for me.
 
Looks like one more email did the trick. Not sure what a Flag means, but we'll see.
