Is the distribution fan running? Do you have that dial set on high?

If you're talking about the fan I can hear (I assume that's the distribution fan), then yes, it is running, and it is set on high. I called my dealer. He is going to stop by later He asked me to switch from room temp to stove temp mode for a couple of hours, just to see if the temperature goes up. So far, it has gone up two degrees, but I have it on stove temp and number 7 (the highest level). I just feel like I shouldn't have to have this enormous stove cranked full blast to maintain temperatures that I had zero issue maintaining just three says ago with room temp 72 degrees.

Take the back panel off on the left side and look at the distribution fan when it's running. Maybe it's moving, but not like it should be. Does it change when you go from low to high? Even before taking the panel off, can you hear a difference in the fan speed? It should be very obvious.

I may be getting closer here. I switched it to stove temp mode, and the temperature definitely raised up (73 second floor and 70 on the first floor). Something made me look at the back of the stove and I noticed the socket that the room temp sensor is connected to is very loose. Not sure if this is a factor or not, but my dealer did tell me that it should be loose. I can move the plastic socket around and almost pull it right out of the hole it's in. I'm not a technician, so am not entirely sure what is even on the other side of where the room temp sensor connects to. See the picture below for the part I'm referring to. Any thoughts?

Mine is not loose, I don't know why it should be. That looks cracked to me, but maybe it's just the picture. If it's working OK in stove temp that would certainly point to the room temperature probe.

That shouldn't be loose, but mine is the same way. I believe Harman cheaped out on this fitting. Mine was actually popped out of the hole at one point, and IIRC, if you pop yours out you'll see exactly why you don't want that loose. The terminals on the other side will short out on the edge of the hole.

ETA- Perhaps this is your issue.

What ever came out of this? Did you find the answer to your issue?
