Finally, the stove is paid for and being installed on Monday.

As macman pointed out, this morning was downright freezing in central NH. The house was below 60 and the stove would have been nice to take the chill out. Ah well, I'm sure that it will run enough this winter, no need to rush that.

Stove in tomorrow. 4 Tons in the garage, waiting to be moved to the basement (wait, that sounds like work).

What could be better?

Only thing better than the install of the new stove, is the pics you'll post, or else we'll think it really didn't happen!

Note to self: remember to post pics of new Englander 10 CPM this week after hook-up, or face the wrath of Hearth.com members :)

I so badly wanted to say, what I have read on this site many times, . . "No pictures, it didn't happen".

BUT, since I myself do not own a digital camera, and did not wish to appear as being "two-faced" ( or whatever), was hoping that someone else would bring that up.

Thanks guys. :-)

Congrats on the stove, I've had my Harman 6 years now. Haven't had a problem yet.

Wish you the best of luck getting your new toy installed to your satisfaction.

Today may be a good day to have a look at this link.

Thanks for the replies and pics will follow the install. I am sure followed over the next months of newb questions.

This forum seems full of those that tinker, take apart and try to make things work to their fullest. Altough I am having it installed as a first time thing, I am also not afraid of anything mechanical.

I like to tinker with things and like to know how they work. That way I can usually make them work to my advantage. But it also means sometimes needing help getting back to square one.

Regarding the post referred by cncpro, I had already seen that one and all ready for it. Thanks for the heads up !!!!!!

Congratulations, I'm sure you'll be happy with the Harman, that P68 is a heat pumping machine!

Stove went in yesterday. So far the 2 hour burn in went great. Did anyone notice that NH was much warmer than usual for the first day of fall? That's because the P68 was burning in and contributing to the great weather

Pictures to follow later tonight.
