I feel defeated… it’s one year after I hired someone to install my Osburn 2000 insert. I’m cleaning it myself, and I need to remove the air tubes inside it.

I wasn’t here when it was installed to eee how the tubes were placed in, and the manual isn’t very helpful. Can anyone tell me or have access to a video of these things being removed?

Rotate the air holes in the up direction then slide to one side. Procedure shown is for install.

I got an Inspire stove installed last year (my first stove ever), and wanted to ask a potentially dumb question: what part are you cleaning that requires the removal of the tubes?

There can be debris on top of the baffle, especially after cleaning the chimney. Such debris could hinder exhaust flow.
