Osburn 2000 insert air tube removal

I feel defeated… it’s one year after I hired someone to install my Osburn 2000 insert. I’m cleaning it myself, and I need to remove the air tubes inside it.

I wasn’t here when it was installed to eee how the tubes were placed in, and the manual isn’t very helpful. Can anyone tell me or have access to a video of these things being removed?

Rotate the air holes in the up direction then slide to one side. Procedure shown is for install.
