Waulie, Your PH is a gem for cooking---soups, stews, roasts, almost anything. I've even done pies and breads. Pizza works, bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast..the list goes on. And things don't burn because the heat is transferred so slowly. Wirh a moderate cat burn you can put vegetables on for soup and go for a walk or work outside and come in to a great smelling great tasting warm hearty soup....If we ever get a cold day give it a try..
