Put a add on Craigslist looking for free firewood and got a call from a guy that has 60 acers of land that he's selling next year and told me I can take all the dead trees I want. Theres lots of ash,maple and elm. Cut my first load this morning. Alls he asked of me was to sign a form saying that if I get hurt on his land I can't sue him.
 
There is a nice opportunity to get ahead.
 
There is some good people out there and I got lucky and found one. He even told me I could bow hunt there.
 
I'd buy that guy a bottle of his favorite libation. Good score!
 
Wow. Sounds like you fell into that one. Congratulations. Treat that guy right!
