I'm running hard wood pellets that are really putting out the heat and very dense. I get 2 full 5 gallon buckets plus another one 2/3 full for each bag. When I ran Carolina Wood Pellets, I would get 4 buckets. Last year with my Greenways, I got 3 buckets full per bag. They would have to be dense as coal to have 3/4 of a bag in one 5 gallon bucket! How is that possible? Premium pellets are about 40 - 45 lb/cubic foot which would mean that a 5 gal bucket would only hold 27 - 30 lbs.
Sorry..... my bucket is 10 liters/2 1/2 gallons.....
