depends on what stove it is tbh. if you're unsure of yourself doing it have the dealer come out and do it, watch closely and ask lots of questions so you might do it yourself next time.
 
Just because it is a dealer doesn't mean it will be done right. I did my gasket and it turned out really well. If you can rip off an old gasket, scrape off the silicone adhesive, insert your new gasket along the channel and mark with tape where you need to cut it, then remove the gasket and cut (leave the tape on as a guide and to prevent fraying), then squeeze new silicone into the gasket groove, install gasket, close door and wait 24 hours, you're golden!
