That latch deal on the NC30 can get quite hot too. Sticks right out when you don't open the door a full 180.

Sooner or later we all get branded one way or another.
NC 30 ash pan- it isn't sealed just slid into some channels- so dropping ash down the tiny port ( flustrating as all .... ) just gets a ton floating in the air.
Plus as you scrape into the port it builds up right there so now ya got to jiggle it around to get more in.

Love the biscuit deal. likely the best use for it, as a warming tray/ oven.
