If you're in Halifax, Lee Valley has this one, it's about the size of a remote key fob. I've been using the same one for years and seems quite accurate when compared next to a digital volt meter( well, as accurate as you'll ever need). I also use this one, but it's huge compared to the LV one.

I like the non probe ones and measure deeper than the surface. Below is the one I have. It seems to work well, when it says firewood is below 20% my splits don't sizzle so I guess it is accurate.
