My convection blower is not spinning during normal operation but comes on during shutdown. The service manual is vague as it seems to say plug in the fan with a cord and if it works then replace the convection fan controller / circuit board. I know the blower works because it comes on during shutdown. I decided to see if/when I could make the blower come on. I started the stove to see if the fan would come on. After about 10-15 min the flame became pretty large and the blower did not come on so I turned the stove off. The convection blower kicked on and the flame started to subside as the stove began to shutdown. I wanted to see what would happen if I turned the stove back on. To my surprise the convection blower stayed on and the pellets began feeding again. It's been running for about an hour now blowing warm air into the room. Does this make sense to anyone? Any ideas where to start troubleshooting first? Thanks.

The proof of fire snap disc may be dirty (covered in ash)
When was the last time the stove had a complete cleaning (air intake to exhaust termination)
You can remove the snap disc and clean it and try your stove again. The disc is 140 ::F so the
exhaust has to hit 140::F Ash tends to be an excellent insulator.
