Your dates are right per my signature too but prices are too low. After the local 9.3% tax my ultra fully loaded was 3500$ picked up in my pickup from a “low overhead” dealer.

I was also required to purchase door gasket from the same dealer instead of directly from the manufacturer.
Not my prices, I've never priced one out and no longer trust my memory.
I was out the door for like 2800 with every possible option as well as our 9% sales tax.

Oh my goodness, I made a mistake. I apologize and will now question my recollection more as I go forward. What a dork! Is this what they call CRS? I am getting older but I expected more of a blank memory vs. a false memory.

Wait until you get to the 70s. It happens to me all the time these days. I used to have a pretty large stove database in my head. Now I have to look most everything up just to be sure.

Years later I was also required to purchase door gasket from the same dealer instead of directly from the manufacturer. Thankfully, catalysts are available in the aftermarket.

Automotive high temp rtv silicone. My last one I used ultra copper by permatex but ultra black should be fine too. Be very very generous since the gasket needs to ride up and over the glass retainer nuts/studs. Like a fat 1/4” bead. It’s not just an adhesive, it becomes part of the gasket because of those nuts.

While you have the gasket out be sure to check on the door glass seal.

Materials are only getting more and more expensive by the day, shipping is shipping providing the manufacturer has materials in stock to make the product.
At this point with the gov tax credit which also covers the install, chimney and parts associated I'd pull the trigger if thats the brand you want to go with.
