Jotul System 15 a nice decorative cast iron fire box surrounded by a lot of masonry. There is glass in the bi-fold doors.

Nice looking. It's the first time I've seen it. Looks like a Norwegian Franklin fireplace. Is this a fireplace insert connected to a liner?

It is solid cast iron panels, with loose embossed cast panels that fit on the inside in the back of the fire box. On the back side there is a light sheet metal heat shield. It has metal legs. Between the outer masonry walls and the sheet metal is another masonry heat baffle wall that has low and high gaps for air circulation. There is a sheet metal "lid at the transition to the single wall masonry chase that has an 8" stainless steel chimney that was wrapped in ceramic insulation up to where it terminates at the ridge. I plastered the masonry surface in the living room and have a granite "Mantle" ledge. I was a dealer and wanted to try one when we built in 1982.
