Well not quite yet….she’s in the garage waiting to bring into the house. Next step is to decide whether I am going to install the insulated flue or hire someone. I may spend the dollars to get it down as first it will be done by a certified installer and second is I have plenty of other house chores.

Picked it up for $2k.
