What about has stovebright got on board w a thinner to shoot their paint through a hvlp gun?
I thought acetone was the base thinner but this is better to ask the Forrest Products support staff

All I know is Thurmalox has us buy their thinner to use. Not sure what its base is.
 
Only company I thougt that makes high temp primer for their stove paint is Thurmalox. Unless stovebright started offering it as well? And you should always use matching products.
I usually use aw Perkins paint. They have primer. I usually don't use it unless the stove will be in a humid area
