i'll just throw this out, i just last week helped install an XXV. this one has a touch screen on top of the stove. when we fired it up for the first time, it took some time for the fan to increase its speed, i'd guess 10-15 minutes. going thru the menu on the touchscreen we found that the fan was only running at 70%. we found that the fan 'setting' was set to automatic. so its probably safe to assume that the 'automatic' fan speed was completely controlled by the computer. we changed this setting from 'automatic' to 'manual'. this manual setting allowed us to manually increase the fan speed to 100%.
