Tpiton, haven't seen mention of your intended install area. Do you have a suitable spot with the necessary clearances inside and out? Will this be a through the wall venting setup?
I don't think you will regret it. With fuel prices as high as they are the payback is incredible.I went to the dealer and the harman XXV is a nice looking stove. I tried the stove on low and on High to see the noise and the eat. The flame is very nice. So i will go with the XXV it will be very nice in my living room.

I looked at the XXV, the Accentra and the P52i insert and bought a P61a. I wanted the potential for some radiant heat plus a bit of spare BTU and sure enough I'm getting it. How much it radiates vs what is blown has a lot to do with combustion flame size and convection blower rate. The more it blows out into the room the less it radiates and vice versa. I'm very pleased with the stove thus far but it's very early on yet. The XXV is a sight for sore eyes though, got to give it that and it has a pretty quiet sounding blower. If it meets your needs, you won't be disappointed I'm sure !I went to the dealer and the harman XXV is a nice looking stove. I tried the stove on low and on High to see the noise and the eat. I agree with the above posters. I have the P38 and although it`s a great little stove that lights easily with a torch , I`d not buy another P38.
Instead I`d opt for the P43 which has the auto light feature..
