You got it my oldest just walked in and handed me a Fiskis splitting maul
Happy Birthday Dad
My upper body can handle it but from the waist down it an't so good
I think the kid needs his head read or maybe he wants it for himself
But it is a nice maul
 
My dad reached 80 this year (I flew across the Atlantic for a surprise visit). He's been using a splitter 80% of the time. But the easier ones he still splits by hand.

Happy birthday johneh, 73 here, same difficulty. Going in next week to get arteries opened up for the legs. have blockage where it splits off to form the main lines in the legs . Might want to get yourself checked out for that.
