I would give the Echo saws a serious look. I have a CS 400 that has never let me down. My father has a CS 500EVL that he bought new in 1980 and until 5-6 years ago that saw cut 6-8 cords of hardwood a year with nothing more than routine maintenance. They offer a lot of bang for the buck and have a great warranty
