I was -1 this morning and calm as can be. We had a high of 23 degrees. The low so far this winter was -18, sightly above average for a Jan. low.

8 degrees at 7AM, but its 11 now so things are looking up. 4 loads in the boiler yesterday, but the house is 74. I'm looking at frozen lawn, small patches of snow. My daughter in Richmond Va called- snowed in. they don't know what plows are down there. she expecets 2-3 snow days out of this ( she's a teacher)
