Hello, I am trying to get information about the wood stove in a home I just purchased. I need to get the glass in the door repaired and would like to know more information about it overall. The house was built just over 20 years ago, not sure if the stove would have been new at that time or older. Thank you!

Looks like an older Englander Wood Stove. If you pull the blower assembly from under the ash lip, there may be a rating plate in that area …

Thank you! I found similar looking stoves that were Englander and that was my initial thinking but I could not find any that were the same model. I will check! I wasn't able to find anything on the back/sides to indicate, there is a plate on the front but it is so dirty/worn that it is hard to read.

Looks like an insert that someone put in to use as a freestanding stove. The problem is that this stove was designed to sit on a 100% non-combustible, fireplace hearth. As is, that is not certain.
