Help replacing bottom grate of Jotul F 3CB

Hi all,

I recently bought this part (http://rockymountainstove.com/jotulf3cbinnerbottomcasting.aspx) to replace the broken inner bottom grate on my Jotul F 3CB stove. My question is, how to I go about swapping out the part? Do I need to remove or decontruct other parts of the stove? This is my first repair job. Any and all help or links to directions are appreciated!

Hi Isabella.

I'm thinking you'll need to take out at least one, maybe all of the wall baffles in your stove. They're not hard to get out, you just need to be sure they go back in in reverse order from how you took them out.. it's the only way they go back in. I have only done it once, for different reasons than yours, but it wasn't too bad.
