I have a new englander pdv (mb 2000) The issue: It keeps building up pellets so that the burn pot is completely full right to the 10 holes that supply air. The flame is not lazy but it dies down and the 2 holes that supply air underneath the pile of pellets are the first to clog, then it it slowly fills and dosent burn quite right .It takes several hours but inevidably it always happens. I have changed the blower motor (convection) all the gaskets and cleaned the whole thing out. All the wires are correct, and the temp sensor is correctly attached to the burn pot. I have fresh air leading in and aprox six feet of pipe leading out using 2 elbows to make the turns out side. It just seems like other stoves push air around faster and get the pop corn affect. This ocassionally happens but very seldom. It also had a puttering sound that has gone away today. Sorry alot to read. Thank you all in advance.
