I recently bought a Blaze King KEJ with double wall pipe from the stove to the ceiling box. The pipe came with two telescoping pieces. It's about 8 ft put together. I'm wondering what brand it is so I can continue with the class A out the roof. Pictures attached. Hope you can help.

It's really hard to say from those pics. But if it's in good shape and you have all the connector pipe you need use it

I don’t think I’d let the 8’ of used double wall determine what brand I use for the very expensive class A. Have you considered replacing the whole system and starting out fresh?

I think OP was asking what he needs to connect to Class A.

Correct. The double wall came with it and appears to be in good shape. I am going class A from the ceiling box up. From what I've gathered, it has to be the same brand all the way up?

This isn't clear. Are you saying you bought a used stove and it came with some used double wall and now you are buying the rest of the system new and want to match the new stuff to the old double wall?

The ceiling box is part of the system that must match brands.

Or maybe you already have a class A system installed and are trying to attach your used double wall to it?

The stove and the double wall are both used. I bought them from a local church here. The church has the remainder of the chimney system and will be capping the chimney pipe. The pastor didn't know anything about the stove or pipe. He just wanted it gone.

What I want to do is remove an old Arrow stove and chase wall. Convert it to a freestanding stove.

If I can figure out the double wall brand, then I just buy that brand ceiling box?

From the ceiling box up, does any class A connect or does that need to be the same brand also?

Thank you

The connector and chimney do not need to be the same brand at all

The ceiling box matches the chimney not the double wall connector
