Help! How do i clean magic reclaimer and pipes?

The reclaimer makes things worse and needs to go. Pipe is cheap.

Don't clean the reclaimer, throw it out. It's the cause of all that creosote (at least one of the larger causes) and if all that creosote were to ignite it could easily burn your house down. There are probably other issues with your setup, and you don't know what they are. I wouldn't light a fire until you have had a chimney sweep inspect and clean your setup. It's not worth the life of you and your loved ones. I don't think you realize the danger here.
 
Until the reclaimer can be removed, at least unplug it so the fan can't run!
