I have a Waterford Stanley Cookstove and love it but I am willing to replace it for a cookstove with secondary burners and a glass fire door.
It must be able to back into a 48" wide bricked inset.
I am considering a Heco 420, but I will not be able to get behind it for cleaning it out. It looks like the rear must be accessible to clean out the base of the chimney.
Is this true? If so, could I maybe build and install a sloped shelf in there such that the creosote produced by sweeping the chimney from the rooftop could fall to the bottom of the stove and be removed from down there?
Also, if anyone knows of another stove that would fit me needs, lemme know, please.
Needs are: Must be less than 48" wide, must have secondary burners, must have a water jacket for heating domestic water, I'd really like a warming oven, and I'd like to be decent looking.
