I am getting the "5" blink status. I have cleaned the burn pot very well and wiped the ESP probe. I can feel heat inside burn pot but the pellets don't ignite, the pot just over flows. I didn't know if the ignitor will slowly go with the heat getting less as it goes or will it just completely stop heating all at once. Should I feel heat if the ignitor is bad? It is the original ignitor and that is almost five years old so I guess I have been lucky with it.
I am going to try to order a new one through Grainger, 3/8th diameter 300 or 350 watts, does this sound right, any ideas?
