Hi, my Harman XXV won’t start. When I tried starting the stove, there is a loud hum, and there is no pellets being fed. Same when I placed in test mode. Where do I start my troubleshooting? I’m ready to disassemble, but not sure how to test or troubleshoot. Any help would be appreciated.

A loud hum, start and see if the combustion fan is working or maybe just jammed
No combustion fan = no fire
Welcome to the forum

unplug the stove and pull the combustion fan. 2 thumb screws and a long bolt to loosen. Dont remove the thumb screws or bolt, just loosen several turns and rotate the plate and pull it out
