You need to take a good look at your stove the room sensor is a separate piece and it is recommended that it be installed. You have a choice as to where it is located. Where it is located can make a huge difference in fuel consumption.

New circuit board, new ESP probe. Flue cleaned 3 weeks ago, shut down every week for cleaning of heat exchanger as well as tubes on left and right side and below burn pot.
Drop in a 40lb bag of New England Hardwood pellets and by morning the hopper is almost empty, fill up the hopper and go to work and when I get home the hopper is once again almost empty. What in the world is wrong with this stove for me to be going thru 80-100 lbs of pellets in less then 24 hours.
HELP!
Also check your DIP switch settings. There is a paper that came with the board that you can use.

*** PROBLEM SOLVED ***
Tech was out yesterday and the draft setting was far too high, adjusted the draft setting and it is running like a new stove. Stove is back on room temp and working properly.

After looking at the install manual, and then investigating my stove, I figured out where my probe is. In the Harman install manual, you can either set up your probe as a room probe or as a return air probe. Rocky's installed my Harman using a return air probe. I haven't seen any issues with this setup, and it seems to work well.

Really? I never knew that, my probe was already on the 6ft or so wire that dealer just placed behind stove. I moved it around and found that putting it on wall as far as it would reach worked just fine. I'll have to check manual out on the return air setup.

yeah, if you pull back the base plate, you see openings in the side (under the control panel) - that's where my sensor is tied to...
and I haven't seen any issues - it might register slightly cooler, as the air is moving past it, but I haven't seen any performance hits...
