You can't really compare an internal combustion engine with a wood burning appliance. One burns atomized fossil fuel mixed with air for the purpose of generating mechanical force. The other burns solid wood fuel for the purpose of generating heat.

Maybe so on that front(though I feel he is right cold is more dense mean more oxygen by volume which is better combustion). But the point of the whole discussion is that the air you use for the pellet stove has to come from somewhere. If you use the inside air and pump out through exhaust the air you pump out has to be replaced from somewhere so it sucks it in through the doors windows etc causing drafts!
