Fireplace With Air conditioner

Just had the pleasure of working on a Vermont Casting fireplace, that has an air conditioner built in!
Model DVHVAC36 RN.
Anyone else have a fireplace like this?

This fireplace has a computer board(part #10001167)that is no longer available.
This customer had the board replaced some years ago, and it had just quit again.
A friend of mine does electrical board repair, and he found and repaired the broken part.

I just started having issues with this exact circuit board. Any idea where I can get it repaired/replaced? I’m in Montreal QC

Update: Problem solved.

I had an issue with the blower fan. Turns out the capacitor was bad and a also had to solder one of the pins on one of the relays. Runs perfectly now
