Does anyone know of a site or store that might sell used or damaged Enviro Mother/Daughter Boards? Our stove has the updated circuit board but unfortunately a piece of the daughter board chipped out near the on/off button. I could purchase a new plate but for a 2" piece of plastic they want between $80-$100. The part number for this item is 50-2091.

Any help would be appreciated

Did the decal tear or the daughterboard itself break? You may have to call enviro to find just a decal. The picture just shows a worn out on-off area, it is still usable just dont push the buttons hard 😎

I’m not sure if all the updated Enviro Mother/Daughter boards are made the same but this one is not a decal. It is a hard piece of plastic that attaches to the daughter board. I should have mentioned this particular Enviro Empress FPI pellet stove belongs to my elderly parents. They have owned this stove for almost 20 years now and the updated mother/daughter board has been installed for at least 10-12 years. I wasn’t sure if they accidentally hit something against the stove that broke the section out or just years of pressing the on/off button with to much force caused it to break. The circuit board still functions great but I was hoping to find a replacement for them in case it continues to break out. Worse case scenario I’ll have to break down and buy the $100 part but hopefully I can run across a used one down the road. Thanks for replying back to my post.

If you look close while removed it is a decal attached to a metal backer that holds the daughter board. It wont hurt anything if used in its current condition but its ascetically nicer without the hole. Give enviro a call. 😎my maxx has the same thing on the start button.

I have noticed on some control panels you get the metal backer and decal like in photo #1 but the only part I can find for the Enviro Empress FPI is one part like in photo #2. If anyone would have a good contact number or email address for Enviro I would appreciate it. I will reach out to them and see if I can just purchase the replacement decal. Thanks for the reply

This is very common when people use their hammy fingers (ha)to turn unit on/off. It probably does protect the actual board underneath from having to be replaced more often than replacing the board cover. And yes, Enviro parts (even that little plastic cover) does tend to sometimes be more expensive than other manufacturers, but Enviro's logistics support is very good. Not an excuse, just a reason, Good luck with her, my Empress was a great heater for us, was very pleasing to look at, and was very quiet, easy to use. Stay warm.
