Englander 10-cpm auger not spinning

I have had my englander 10-cpm since 2009. Almost no issues. Any issue I have had has been operator error. If I hold down the LBA button to spin the auger, it works fine. When left alone,the auger does not spin. Any ideas?

A little more information, please
Does the combustion fan work?
Is the stove clean from air intake to exhaust termination?
Nothing plugged with ash?

There's no way holding down the Low Burn Air button will cause the Auger to spin, not even in diagnostic mode if I'm remembering correctly. Agree with John, need more info.

Stove is clean.

All fixed. Turned off stove. Unplugged it. Waited 5min. All is right now.
