But a UPS will keep the stove going if it's just a 3 min blip.
Maybe the board just had to be turned off to reset itself. I had a problem when trying a car battery AC/DC adapter. Stove went nuts, flashing and all. When the power came back on, it took a few un-plug from wall to get it going right. Been fine for some 8 years after that.
