I have the Dell Point Europa. I noticed two augurs in the lower ash extraction were "stripped," maybe due to the repeated "baking on" of the hot ash. I bought 2 augurs from the dealer and with the help of an auto mechanic, we replaced two augurs in the assembly.
After I re-installed the lower ash extraction assembly, I filled the burn pot, lit the stove and pushed the "pellet" button. But the control panel died out. The stove motor just makes a sqeaking noise at intervals...and the motor doesn't get going.
Do you think there is something wrong with the control panel connection? I am thinking that if there's something wrong with the way we replaced the augurs in the ash extraction, that it would have blown a fuse. That's why I think it's an electrical connection problem.
My dealer is very difficult to reach and I have never had much success calling the technicians at Dell Point. For all I know, the company is out of business.
Let me know if you have suggestions or ideas.
