I've been cooking on my new (to me) 602 and it's tons of fun. I've been seeing these cast iron waffle and pancake (or something) irons on ebay. Are they meant to go right in the hole where the cookplate is?

I think most of those pans are designed to be used on the surface of the cook plate on the stove. Only the pizzelle appears to have a stove hole ring adapter.
