Belly up to the bar everyone
What stove are you burning them in??
That will play a big part in it.... A good stove will burn a Bad pellet better. Some bad stoves dont even burn Good pellets well.
If you add your stove to your Signature line, we wont be asking.... ???![]()
How do you like that EP? Does that model have "tubes" for the Heat Exchanger? (Where the air comes into the room, is it blown through tubes?) Or is it an open area?I have a Timber ridge (englander) insert model. I assume it can burn hardwood pellets as well as soft (okanagens were great)
I have used PWI all of last winter, the best ever pellets so far
They were shorter on average, than all previous pellets I used before
So I installed a choker plate to lower the mass flow a little bit
With the LG I now have, I readjusted chocker to wide open original openning
And the sad thing being I can't find PWI locally!
Montreal area so if someone knows, let me know!
Bye, Ben
I like the PWI too. I got some nice heat from them. Logik-e is the sister pellet and all I can find locally.
Me again in 2023 now.I thought I search one of my post to come here and say hi! Sounds like I've not been here since 2012! My daughters have grown up since then
Still burning the PWI. By far best value for money.
The M55-FS coming to 10 yr-old. Some minor issues have occured, sounds like I will need to replace the agitator this yr. otherwise stove is still as original (except for convection fan now changed to turbo with capacitor).
Bye, Benoit
