Chinese chainsaw "wemars"

It’s funny, the saw says on it 50:1, but the package and manual said 40:1. Haha

I’ve been running 40:1 that I mix, but at the end if last season I picked up a can of the pre-mixed ethanol free VP racing 40:1 pre-mix. I tried to put that in for the “last tank” of the day so if it sits for months the gas doesn’t turn to water.

I use 32:1 in everything...
Stock saws
Ported saws
Vintage saws, and
MTronic saws
So far i have never had a saw failure.
I also use Seafoam in my mix gas, and good oil

I just mixed another gallon, based on the thread I went 32:1, then put 2 tanks through the wemars, she ran good, if anything a little fat; probably need to lean it out a little. Maybe next time.

I think I may just stick with canned gas for my saw unless I get a big job to do. 40:1. Now I am also considering letting my snowblower and mower run out of gas before storage, then run some canned non ethanol gas through and let that run out. The saw is different as there is no bowl so needs to be good for storage for sure. The thing about a gas chainsaw is you never really "store" them.

I guess I really don't "store" my stuff also, just get the gas out of it, maybe change the oil. The only thing I can think of was my boat motor and make snowmachine. I seem to remember "fogging" but that was a long time ago. Any pump gas I get in a jug has fuel stabilizer added. Any I don't use in 6 months goes in the truck and I get new.
