Hi all!
New to the pellet stove usage - loving so far. About a month in. I needed a UPS and I stuck a sine wave off the back corner. It’s pretty close, but surface temp never gets warm… anyone else running a UPS next to their stove?

As long as it is outside what the stove manufacturer
wants as clearance (front, back side) you will be good to go.

It’s definitely not - that’s kind of why I posted. I temp the stove on the back corner and it never gets warm, and neither does the wall. It’s a corner mount. The UPS is about 2 inches from the back of the corner and the manual says 5 inches. I’ll re attach a picture - guess the first one didn’t attach.

Within an inch actually. But nothing ever gets warm there. Not sure how else to place a UPS - I don’t want it just in the middle of the room.

Well it is up to you where you put it
Just remember if something goes wrong (fire) and you try for an insurance claim
they may refuse it because it was placed too close to the stove
