Hello again all,
Our Castle Serenity has been running great for a few years now until recently. The limit switch popped which I had no idea existed and the stove would not feed pellets. We eventually figured it out, but my husband tinkered with it some while troubleshooting before that, and now we are having an issue where the stove randomly loses power. It is not shutting down, it completely loses power (this is obviously dangerous) and flipping the switch on the back of and on turns it back on. Any input would be welcome. Thank you.

He pulled the auger and motor and cleaned the auger, and bypassed the vacuum switch and blew in the hose. I believe that's everything he touched while troubleshooting.

Did anything get shorted out during troubleshooting? Stray voltage can cause a myriad of issues

i would start by tracing wires from control board to components to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Check and make sure the main fuse is making good contact.Run the stove and see if it powers down again and what was it doing when it happens.
