This is a follow-up to a previous problem. My Santa Fe won't reliably start up. It doesn't appear to drop enough pellets.
A member recommended that I clean out the auger chute which I did.
I pulled the auger and motor out, there was a lot of sawdust at the spot where the motor attaches to the stove.
I vacuumed it out.
When I put the auger back in it no longer feeds at all.
I can see the small dot in the middle of the feeder motor spinning, I can also see a collar on the auger barely moving.
The blue light in the control box is not on.

Is the collar from the motor to the auger spring tight? Is it turning the right way?

Like Sysko said, plus let the auger tube fill up, takes 3-4 resets on the auger and wait for them to start dropping, then push reset one more time. When power is first applied, thats when blue light on control board for first minute blinks and pauses, tells you what position the control board is in (6 is normal position for a santa fe, so 6 blinks, pause, 6 blinks again for first minute.) Stay warm.
